The Fibroid Slayer Experience Thank you for considering The Fibroid Slayer for your fibroid care. Our practice is dedicated to delivering a refined, concierge‑level experience for every patient. From your first consultation to your surgical journey, our team ensures that your care is handled with precision, discretion, and the highest level of professionalism. Please note that surgery dates can only be scheduled, adjusted, or confirmed after direct communication with our office staff. Because each surgical plan is tailored to your unique needs, our team works closely with you to coordinate the most suitable date. In rare cases of extenuating circumstances, a refund may be considered; however, this fee is non‑refundable under standard conditions. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the level of service and attention that defines The Fibroid Slayer experience. Cancellation & Scheduling Policy To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our services, we follow a structured scheduling process: Scheduling Appointment times selected on the booking site are not automatically confirmed. After booking, our team will contact you to coordinate and finalize your appointment based on Dr. Johnson’s accurate availability. Appointment times may occasionally shift due to clinical demands. Refunds are not issued due to scheduling adjustments, as this process is clearly communicated in advance. Refunds Refunds are offered if Dr. Johnson is unable to fulfill the service. Cancellation‑based refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied. All refunds are subject to booking platform fees. Patients are eligible for a refund if our office cancels and no rescheduled appointment is offered within 24 hours. Rescheduling Patients may reschedule their appointment if the request is made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Required Medical Records After surgery date is confirmed please send a photocopy of the front and back of your photo ID and insurance to drp@fibroidslayer.com to finalize surgery.
