This option ensures your case is reviewed promptly while still receiving the same high‑quality, personalized care Dr. Johnson is known for. What This Service Includes Expedited virtual consultation with Dr. Johnson, typically scheduled within 2 weeks (based on availability). A comprehensive review of your medical history, laboratory results, and diagnostic imaging. A detailed discussion of all appropriate treatment options so you can make confident, informed decisions. Dedicated time to ask questions, share concerns, and receive expert guidance on next steps. VIP access for pre‑ and post‑surgery questions. Assistance with travel coordination for out‑of‑town patients. Priority surgical booking is available for an additional fee (not included in the Priority Consultation fee). Important Notes About Priority Consultation The Priority Consultation Fee covers expedited scheduling only. Priority Surgical Scheduling is a separate service with its own fee. Patients must select the earliest available appointment on the booking site at the time of booking. After booking, Dr. Johnson’s staff will contact you by phone to confirm your consultation date and time based on his accurate availability Your appointment is officially confirmed only after this coordination process is completed. Pre‑Appointment Requirements Ultrasound and/or MRI reports must be emailed to drp@fibroidslayer.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. This ensures Dr. Johnson can properly review your case in advance. Scheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy Please read carefully before booking: Scheduling Appointment times selected on the booking site are not automatically confirmed. Dr. Johnson’s availability may fluctuate due to clinical demands. Appointment times may occasionally be adjusted; every effort will be made to honor appointments within one hour of the scheduled time. Refund Policy Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling changes, as this process is explained in advance. Refunds are offered if Dr. Johnson is unable to fulfill the service. Cancellation‑based refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied. Approved refunds are subject to booking platform fees.
