Dr. Johnson’s Priority Consultation We are proud to offer a Priority Consultation Service designed to provide timely, personalized care for women seeking urgent attention for fibroid and related health concerns. What This Service Includes A virtual consultation with Dr. Johnson within approximately 2–3 weeks of booking (based on availability). A comprehensive review of your medical history, laboratory results, and diagnostic imaging. A detailed discussion of all appropriate treatment options so you can make informed decisions about your health. Time to ask questions, share concerns, and receive expert guidance on next steps in your care plan. Important Notes About Priority Consultation The Priority Consultation Fee is a separate payment from the Consultation Fee. Both fees must be paid in full before your appointment is scheduled. The Priority Consultation Fee is only for expedited scheduling and does not include priority access to surgery. If you wish to receive Priority Surgical Scheduling, this is available for an additional, separate fee. Patients are required to select the earliest available appointment time when booking. After booking, Dr. Johnson’s staff will contact you within a few business days to confirm your consultation date and time—typically scheduled within 2–3 weeks, depending on Dr. Johnson’s availability. Pre-Appointment Requirements Ultrasound and/or MRI reports must be emailed to drp@fibroidslayer.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointment times may occasionally be adjusted due to unexpected changes in Dr. Johnson’s schedule. Every effort will be made to honor appointments within one hour of the scheduled time. Patients are eligible for a full refund if no rescheduled appointment is offered within 24 hours of cancellation by our office. All sales are final, except for cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Patients may reschedule appointments if the request is received at least 24 hours in advance
