This consultation also grants you VIP access for pre‑ and post‑surgery questions. For patients traveling from out of town, our team can assist with travel coordination to ensure a smooth and stress‑free experience. Schedule your consultation today. Scheduling & Confirmation Policy Appointment slots are selected on the booking site; however, the date and time chosen online are not automatically confirmed. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Dr. Johnson’s team with his accurate availability, which may differ from the time selected. You will also receive a phone call to coordinate Dr. Johnson’s availability with your schedule. Your appointment is officially confirmed only after this coordination process is completed. Appointment times may be adjusted based on Dr. Johnson’s clinical demands. Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling changes. Refund & Rescheduling Policy Refunds are offered if Dr. Johnson is unable to fulfill the service. Cancellation‑based refunds are subjective and may be denied. Rescheduling is allowed as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Approved refunds are subject to booking platform fees. Required Medical Records Ultrasound and/or MRI reports must be emailed to drp@fibroidslayer.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. This ensures Dr. Johnson can properly review your case and provide the most accurate guidance.
