If you are considering The FibroidSlayer service, please note that surgery dates can be rescheduled or altered only after speaking to our office staff. In case of extenuating circumstances, a refund may be considered. Please be aware that this fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are subject to delay when Doc P has unexpected changes in his work schedule. Doc P will make every attempt to honor every appointment within the hour that it is scheduled. Patients are eligible for full refunds if rescheduled appointment times are not offered within 24 hours. All sales are final with no refunds unless cancelations are received within 24 hours of appointment time. Patients are allowed to reschedule appointments if requests are received within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Ultrasound and or MRI reports are required to be emailed to drp@fibroidslayer.com at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation.
