Expedited Surgery Scheduling Service Dr. P is proud to offer an Expedited Surgery Scheduling Service for patients seeking prompt access to fibroid treatment. This premium administrative service is designed to prioritize your case and streamline the coordination process, with the goal of scheduling your fibroid surgery within three weeks of your initial consultation, subject to medical clearance, operating room availability, and individual clinical circumstances. Please Note: The fee for the Expedited Surgery Scheduling Service is separate from the cost of the surgical procedure itself. This fee covers the administrative coordination, priority scheduling, expedited case management, and enhanced logistical support required to accelerate your treatment timeline. It does not include the surgeon's fee, hospital or surgical facility fees, anesthesia, pathology, or any other medical or surgical charges associated with your procedure. Cancellation Policy Appointment times may occasionally be adjusted due to unforeseen changes in Dr. P's clinical or surgical schedule. Every reasonable effort will be made to honor appointments as close to their scheduled time as possible. Patients are eligible for a full refund if a rescheduled appointment cannot be offered within 24 hours of the original appointment time. Otherwise, all sales are final. Patients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if the request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Required Records To ensure a productive consultation, all ultrasound and/or MRI reports must be emailed to drp@fibroidslayer.com no later than 2 hours before your scheduled consultation. Failure to provide the required imaging reports may result in the appointment being rescheduled.
